Day 1: Arrival & Welcome

Start the weekend off right. Once everyone lands and gets settled into your villa or Airbnb, welcome the bride with a custom balloon wall set up before she walks in — it makes for the best first photo of the trip. That evening, skip the reservations and dishes and bring in a private chef for a multi-course dinner right at your villa. It’s the easiest way to catch up, get everyone fed, and ease into vacation mode without leaving the house on night one.

Day 2: Beach Day & Golden Hour

Day two is for the water. Spend the afternoon on a private yacht charter — think music, swimming stops, and champagne with the whole crew, no strangers on board. Bring along a private mixologist to keep the cocktails coming, or save that for sunset back on land. Before you head out for the night, book a quick professional photo shoot during golden hour. Thirty edited photos later, you’ll have the group shot everyone actually wants to post.

Day 3: Final Night Celebration

Save the biggest surprise for the last night. A mariachi band or a fire dancer show at dinner turns a normal meal into the moment everyone remembers. For dinner and drinks out, let us handle your beach club and restaurant reservations — completely free, and we’ll make sure the table’s ready and the vibe is right when you walk in.

A Few Planning Tips

• Book 4–6 weeks out for the best availability on yachts, chefs, and entertainment, especially if you’re traveling during high season (December–April)
• Groups of 6+ almost always come out ahead booking a private villa over multiple hotel rooms — ask us for villa recommendations in the best and safest areas
• Build in one slow morning. Tulum moves at its own pace, and the best trips leave room for it
• Let us know the bride’s must-haves early — we can build the whole weekend around one or two big moments instead of trying to fit everything in
