Payments and Terms

All bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE 25% DEPOSIT to be paid a minimum of  2 WEEKS prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay the deposit on time may result in the loss of bookings and reservations.

After the initial deposit has been paid, the Remaining Balance must be paid a minimum of 1 week prior to arrival date. Failure to pay the deposit on time may result in the loss of bookings and reservations.

Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Payment addresses and instructions will be outlined on the invoice.

Bookings consisting of 2 or more services or menu items will incur a one time COORDINATION FEE OF $45 USD and will grant access to a Todo Team member via private Whatsapp number during the entire duration of your stay

Listed rates do not include a suggested 15% gratuity to be paid directly to Tour Guides, Chefs, Drivers etc…

TODO TULUM and all of its employees, assets and subsidiaries can not be held liable in any way for any damages, loss of property, personal injury or death while participating in any of the above listed activities or any actions or activities related to that participation. Payment of the initial deposit acts as statement of agreement and complete understanding of the above indemnity
